Celebrate Easter at Berne Castle

Workshops and events (reserved for hotel guests) :

  • Saturday 4 April, 3pm-4.30pm Creative workshop for 4-12 year-olds - make and personalise your own wooden «rabbit» egg to paint.
  • Sunday 5 April, 10am-11am Egg hunt for little explorers, a fun, chocolate-filled time to share with the whole family.

Wine and chocolate tasting

  • Saturday 4, Sunday 5 and Monday 6 April, 10am-6pm, no booking required
    Discover the perfect marriage between our wines and three handmade chocolates by Éric Raynal. Children take part with their own juices and treats, and leave with a box of the chocolates they've tasted.

  • Input : Soft-boiled egg, green asparagus, tarragon mousseline sauce
  • Fish : Poached trout in olive oil, leeks, leek fondue sabayon
  • Meat : Grilled lamb shoulder confit, planked fennel, orange honey lamb jus
  • Dessert : Piedmont hazelnuts in different textures
