Our talented and widely-admired chefs have worked in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants before joining the Château de Berne. Benjamin Collombat, trained at the Nice School of Catering and was second in command to Guy Martin at the Grand Véfour before opening his own restaurant in Draguignan.
After three years at his Michelin-starred restaurant in Draguignan, Benjamin Collambat has taken up a new challenge by setting up his gourmet restaurant at the Château de Berne. Since 1 April 2016, he has been developing an intense gourmet experience in the idyllic settings of the domain, a renowned centre for wine tourism in Provence.
