Swimming pools
In the heart of a green oasis, two large swimming pools invite you to relax and enjoy a change of scenery.
The lush green colours blend with the azure blue of the pools, the sweet scents of Provence intoxicate the senses, the southern sun bathes the lush lights in light... The atmosphere of tranquillity and serenity immerses you in a unique universe.
Wildlife
The Château de Berne estate is home to a rich variety of wildlife, which you are likely to spot on your walks: hedgehogs, hares, deer, wild boar and badgers are the most common species. The estate is also home to a large number of bird species, which is a favourite with birdwatchers.
We recommend that you behave respectfully towards these animals, taking care not to drive too fast and not to feed them.
Flora
The flora is just as varied as the fauna of the Var. The most common species are: olive, palm, eucalyptus, Aleppo pine, umbrella pine, black cypress, plane, fig, oak, cacti (including cactus and prickly pear), lemon, orange, tamarisk, bougainvillea, rosemary, thyme, broom, jasmine...
We ask you to behave in a respectful and exemplary manner. Starting with not throwing your rubbish and cigarette ends just anywhere. The Château de Berne has plenty of bins for this purpose.
