As a member of the dining room team, your aim will be to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable time, thanks to warm service and attention to detail at all times.
Your tasks will be as follows:
- Ensuring that the service is applied in accordance with the establishment's criteria, and that the service runs smoothly from the moment the customer is welcomed until their departure.
- The Chef de Rang must have a thorough knowledge of the menu and the dishes to be able to answer customers' questions.
- Coordinating work with other team members and kitchen staff
- Perfect command of the contents of the menu and dishes
- Present menus, take customer orders and advise customers
- Clearing and straightening tables
- Set up, tidy and clean the dining room and pantries
You enjoy customer contact and waiting tables in a bistronomic restaurant.
You have an eye for detail and are versatile(e) and rigorous(se).
You are hotel and catering graduate and/or have at least 1 year's significant experience in a similar establishment.
You have a good command of English.
