As a member of the dining room team, your aim will be to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable time, thanks to warm service and attention to detail at all times.

Your tasks will be as follows:

Assisting the Chef de Rang or Demi Chef de Rang in his department
Helping to welcome customers
Setting up the service
Clearing and straightening tables
Maintaining and cleaning the equipment, restaurant and pantries
Take part in supplying sales outlets

Qualifications

Do you like customer contact and the room service in a gourmet restaurant.

You have an eye for detail and are versatile(e) and rigorous(se).

You are have a degree in hotel and catering and/or relevant experience in a gastronomic establishment.

You master English. A third language would be a plus.
