Under the supervision of the Reception Manager, you will help to ensure the quality of the reception and reception processes in accordance with the criteria and procedures in force within the Estate.
Your main missions are as follows:
- Welcoming and receiving customers overnight
- To be responsible for the establishment after the day managers have left: in particular, to ensure the peace and safety of customers
- Draw up the day's accounts for the reception desk
- Welcoming guests on arrival and dealing with the administrative formalities associated with their stay
- Informing customers about the establishment's services and booking procedures
- Responding to customer requests during their stay
