Reporting to the Head Barman, your main tasks are as follows:
- Welcoming and advising customers in a warm and elegant atmosphere.
- Creating and producing cocktails in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Providing a quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Helping to set up the bar and ensuring rigorous stock management.
- Working closely with the Head Barman, the front of house team and other hotel departments.
- Comply with current health and safety standards.
Are you passionate about mixology and master cocktail-making techniques.
You are organised, versatile and rigorous.
You have a keen eye for detail and good interpersonal skills.
You will have at least one year's experience in a similar establishment.
You have a perfect command ofEnglish.
