At L'Olivier de Berne, Provençal cuisine is given pride of place with a generous, authentic approach deeply rooted in the traditions of the South. Chefs Louis Rameau and Eric Raynal offer refined Provençal cuisine. They celebrate the flavours of the south with creative dishes combining seafood, sun-drenched vegetables and aromatic herbs. Each dish reflects a gourmet savoir-faire inspired by Provence, enhanced by a selection of regional wines and a touch of contemporary originality.

A locavore approach

From food to plate, l'Olivier de Berne offers you a menu punctuated by local flavours and produce from our kitchen garden. The restaurant favours vegetables, herbs and fruit grown on the estate, and has forged lasting relationships with local producers and breeders. This approach is also reflected in the tableware, with plates made by local craftsmen and knives made in Draguignan.
