You'll play an essential role in the kitchen, assisting the Chef to ensure that your job is carried out hand in hand with the rest of the team, from setting up the service to cleaning it up.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Preparing the dishes in advance
- Organisation of the workstation
- Carrying out services under the supervision of the chef or sous-chef
- Preparation and dispatch of dishes
- Cleaning and tidying the workstation
- Maintain premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards
You are passionate about cooking and would like experience the world of haute cuisine.
You like teamwork and links with the brigade and you're someone from dynamic, motivated and organised.
You have a CAP/BEP cookery training and successful first experiences, such as an apprenticeship in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
You are familiar with HACCP rules.
