Our estate includes a 5-star hotel with 34 rooms and 5 villas, three meeting rooms, a Cinq Mondes and Vinesime Spa with an indoor swimming pool, three restaurants, two tennis courts, two outdoor swimming pools, a vegetable garden and an animal farm.

Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will embody the image of our establishment. You'll be helping to create an unforgettable experience for our customers, in an idyllic setting.

Under the supervision of the Reception Manager, you will help to ensure the quality of the reception and reception processes in accordance with the criteria and procedures in force within the Estate.

 

You will be responsible for operational and administrative tasks:

  • Welcoming guests warmly on arrival and facilitating their check-in and check-out.
  • Ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of customers throughout their stay, taking initiatives to anticipate their needs.
  • Handle any complaints or incidents diplomatically and effectively.
  • Comply with invoicing and collection procedures,
  • Manage bookings, changes and cancellations, ensuring a personalised response to specific customer requests.
  • Ensuring the proper management of administrative formalities relating to holidays (invoicing, payment, etc.).
  • Coordinating with the hotel's various departments (housekeeping, catering) to guarantee impeccable quality of service.

 

Position available for the 2025 season!

Qualifications

You have aexcellent interpersonal skillsand aoral fluencyundeniable.

Yourpresentation is meticulousand you demonstraterigour and versatility.

You haveseveral successful reception experiencesin similar establishments and positions, ideally in the luxury sector.

You have a perfect command ofEnglish. A third language would be a plus.
